The Finishing School Foundation is the charity arm of the Brixton Finishing School, an award winning, industry-leading initiative dedicated to finding, supporting, and upskilling talent from hard-to-reach backgrounds, injecting new energy and diverse perspectives into the creative industries.
While these talents upskill on our award winning (and free) Brixton Finishing School programmes , we pay living costs, cover relocation deposits, provide mentorship, and open doors to employers who are ready to hire.
Young people who complete our free courses land jobs at top names in Marketing, Creative, and Advertising.
