Data Controllers

The Finishing School Foundation (“TFSF”) and Hoxton Finishing School CIC (“HFS”) work closely together to deliver educational programmes, charitable grants, and career development opportunities.

TFSF and HFS are jointly responsible (as “Joint Controllers”) for certain personal data processed in connection with the educational programmes, charitable grants, and career development opportunities we offer. Joint Controller Data Processing

As part of the services we offer, we use Facebook Pixel, a service provided by Facebook Inc. This enables us to measure the efficacy of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. We process data collected through Facebook Pixel based on our legitimate interests in measuring advertisement audience engagement and effectiveness for statistical and market research purposes. According to Facebook’s Business Tools Terms of Service, the use of such tools makes us and Facebook joint controllers for this specific data processing.

Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy.
